- 1 box Pamela’s Honey Graham Crackers each piece cut in half
- 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Sprinkles of your choice

Place the chocolate and the coconut in shallow glass container and microwave for 30 seconds, stir and microwave again for another 30 seconds. Stir until everything is melted and blended and there’s no more pieces of chocolate.
Dip the crackers in the chocolate make sure the surface is covered and place on a cooling rack. Add sprinkles if you want right away if you wait too long the chocolate will set and it won’t stay on. Repeat until the crackers are all coated. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow it to set. Transfer to a container and keep refrigerated.
