- 1 bag Pamela’s Biscuit & Scone Mix
- ¾ cup oat milk (or any milk or your preference)
- 8 tbsp butter, cut in pieces well chilled
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Raspberries

Preheat the oven to 375F
Using a food processor add the scone mix and the butter, pulse a few times until pea-sized crumbs are formed. Add the sugar, milk, and sugar mix until incorporated and transfer to a bowl.Add the raspberries and mix delicately with a spatula. Using a large scoop place them on a parchment-covered sheet pan. Place them 1-2 inches apart. Bake for 20 to 24 minutes, place on a cooling rack and enjoy!
