These delicious Leprechaun Hats are a perfect treat to make with your kids for St. Patrick's Day! The combination of Pamela's Honey Graham Crackers and chocolate, this will be everyone's favorite treat! Recipe created by Christina at @theolivetreeblog.
- 1 box Pamela's Honey Graham Crackers
- Marshmallows
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Dark Chocolate
- White Chocolate
- Green Coloring
- Gold sprinkles
Yield:
Break graham crackers into smaller pieces for the base of the hat.
Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between. Continue until chocolate is completely melted.
Place down a piece of parchment paper.
Dip the small piece of graham into the melted chocolate and then place on the parchment paper. Then dip the marshmallow completely into the melted chocolate and place on top of the graham to make a hat.
Repeat steps to melt white chocolate. Once white chocolate is melted, add green dye. Once the white chocolate has cooled a little, form the white chocolate to look like a shamrock.
Place shamrock on the hat and then sprinkle your gold sprinkles on the hat.
