I had to bake these for twice as long as the instructions stated. Confused about this. But brownies came out very chocolatey, very sweet.
Prep and baking were good and simple. Flavor was OK but a little on the tangy side (for brownies) as I used egg substitute (greek yogurt) as egg supply here is a little sketchy. My GF scratch-made recipe prevails, however. Added 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts. Used oil but generally use butter in most baking recipes...cmon, they're brownies...
My son has Celiac Disease which not only makes it difficult to find gluten free and dairy free options but to find tasty ones. Pamela products are so delicious! Rich, not too sweet, moist easy to prepare. I cannot thank you enough for providing for those that have specific dietary needs. It adds a layer of quality to their lives.
