The Pamela's Products 2009
Greatest Gluten-free Recipe Contest
is on Now!

That's right, it's that time of year, time to bake, create, taste and enter the contest to see which gluten-free recipes have what it takes to be called Winner!

This year we're looking for a recipe and a story. Most of us convert former wheat-filled treats for a reason, something special that grandma used to make, a dessert well loved, or a crazy craving late at night. Whatever your reason, now is the time to tell us. Send your recipe and story between now and August 16, 2009 and see what happens. Just fill out the official entry form and you're on your way.

Just in case you missed it... the 2008 Greatest Gluten-free Recipe Contest winners were:

Grand Prize: Tamale-style Stuffed Bread from Ken H.
Runner Up: Chocolate Doughnuts from Dan B.
Runner Up: Pretzel Twists from Elizabeth I. (pictured above)

We were so amazed and inspired by the entries, we couldn't just stop at three. So we added four honorable mentions! All of these delicious recipes earned prizes for their creators along with bragging rights and our deepest respect!
Honorable Mention: Steamed Pork Dumplings from Greg F.
Honorable Mention: Tuscan Style Pesto & Pine Nut Rolls from Nancy D.
Honorable Mention: Mini Corn Dogs from Nicci B.
Honorable Mention: Chicken & Shallot Ravioli with Glazed Tomatoes from Nicole F.

Have a Cupcake Baking Party!

CupcakesBring everyone together with cupcakes ... yes, that's what we said, cupcakes. We think that if you bake with friends, gluten-free and gluten-consuming, we can show the world, well our small corner of it, that gluten-free food is delicious and can be enjoyed by everyone!

So, we've teamed up with the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) to offer Cupcake Parties. Just gather your friends, sign up with the NCFA, bake and enjoy!

Typo Alert!
Cupcakes

It has been brought to our attention that one of the recipes on our Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix 4LB bags has a mistaken quantity. On the Pamela's Pumpkin Loaf Cake with Nut Topping, the recipe should call for 1 Cup Canned Pumpkin only. We do have the complete and correct recipe for you here.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and we are working diligently to update the packaging.
