Ingredients: 1½ lb. sausage; ½ cup onions, diced or thinly sliced; 3 slices day-old Pamela's Amazing Bread, cubed; 3 cups Pamela's Bread Mix; 1 tsp dry mustard; 6 eggs, beaten; 2 cups milk; 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Ingredients

1½ lb. sausage
½ cup onions, diced or thinly sliced
3 slices day-old Pamela's Amazing Bread, cubed
3 cups Pamela's Bread Mix
1 tsp dry mustard
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook and drain sausage and onions. Mix all ingredients reserving most of the cheese for the top. Pour into a well sprayed 11 x 17" pan or two smaller pans. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes, center should be just set. Cut into squares and serve warm.
