Figgies & Jammies - Mission Fig

I used to love these cookies. They used to be soft and flavorful and a delight. I haven’t had a decent one that wasn’t at least half stale, and sometimes completely stale, since before Covid. The cookie part seems to be a lot thicker and the filling part a lot thinner. And like I said, I haven’t had one that wasn’t stale For a number of years. I don’t buy them, and then I think I’ll give them a try again because maybe they got better. My recommendation is don’t bother. They’re expensive and they’re not that good.

After fifteen years without due to allergies, I am enjoying a fig newton with my earl grey tea. Sometimes the simplest things bring such joy. Figgies and Jammies are exquisitely delicious. Thank you.

The figgies are dryer than I remember

I grew up loving a popular brand of fig cookies, but I'm not celiac. I took a risk and bought these cookies and was not disappointed. They were so delicious that I ate the entire pack in a weekend. I immediately bought more. I wish these came in bigger packs!

I absolutely love these, they are my absolute favorite new treat! The only things I'd change is how little you get in a package and the packaging itself. There's no resealable seal on the packaging so you immediately need to put them in a gallon size Ziploc bag. And I pay close to $10 a bag which I don't mind but there's only 10 cookies in it. If those two things are changed, I'd change my review to 5 stars because the taste is AMAZING. I'm very thankful when gluten free items taste so good since I have to eat that way.
