Excellent gluten free bread mix

I have been using this bread mix for several years. I make two loaves per week in the bread machine. Usually takes me 15 minutes to put the ingredients together and 2.5 hours for the bread machine to knead and bake the bread. I have recommended this gluten free bread mix to numerous friends of mine and they all love it.

Walnut bread

I made a loaf of GR Bread mix in my Oster bread machine. I added 8 T chopped walnuts with 2 t thyme and 1 t garlic powder. Amazing taste and texture. Very happy with Pamela's mix.
