Love the mix but arrives open when shipped

I have bought this mix several times and it makes an easy and delicious moist chocolate cake that no one can tell is gluten free. However, the only way we can get it is by.ordering online now and it arrived open and spilled all over the box so we couldn't use both of the packages that we ordered. Hesitant to order again online but really hard to find a chocolate cake that is gluten free that is this good.

The chocolate cake mix is awesome. It comes out moist and delicious. Just follow the easy directions. Sometimes I use cooled melted leaf lard for the oil. Absolutely delicious. No one can tell it's gluten free.

Disappointment

I love Pamela’s chocolate cake mix but mine came with a hole in it and spilling out. I contacted the company and they never responded. Bad customer service
