Some will say it isn't as good without the molasses. Well my wife is allergic to cane sugar and thus molasses. I think it's the best brownie this household has seen in two and a half years. I make the extra fudgy version on the side with cashew milk and olive oil, helps with the egg allergy. I am a baker, but there is something about this mix that can't be replicated at home. I tried to make brownies for 2 and a half years. All dismal in comparison. My only recommendation is to send me some merch so I can spread the gospel.
