I’ve been using this mix for about 10 years and until recently it was made with buckwheat, which made them AMAZING. Even family without wheat allergies loved them. I noticed the texture and flavor change in the last year, thinking it was my cooking until I read the ingredients. Still gluten free obviously but the texture is now more like the rice flours it uses. I know things change, terribly disappointed and won’t buy this product anymore since it’s just not what it used to be. Love your products overall.

I have been using the Pamela’s gluten free bread mix to make bread to several years now. I never get tired of the wonderful/delicious taste. I have shared it with others who feel the same way as I do. It is a great bread mix. I have also tried their gluten free cookies/pastries which are delicious as well. Of course we each have our own preferences. My favorite is the Cranberry and Almond soft and chewy oat bar. I have been highly recommending Pamela’s products.
