Pamela’s 100% Cassava Flour, ground from the cassava or yucca root, can be used for gluten-free, grain-free and Paleo recipes. Substitute Cassava Flour for 1/4 cup or more of the flour called for in your favorite recipes to add a more delicate texture to baked goods. Use as a 1-for-1 substitute for wheat flour in muffins, cakes, cookies, and quick breads, or use in any recipe that calls for cassava flour. Contains 7% daily value of fiber per serving.
