I am not a first time user of this product. I am unable to find it in any of the local health food stores so I decided to order it on line. It came in a timely fashion. Now I can bake my version of rye bread (add 1 tablespoon of onion powder & 1 tablespoon of caraway seeds to the mix).

Very tasty bread

I have been using Pamela’s gluten free bread mix for years. I make bread in my bread machine once, sometimes twice per week. It makes delicious bread. The instructions on the package are right on but can be varied to taste.

Tastes like full gluten - yum

One of the first gluten free breads that I look forward to eating just with butter. It is moist and sticks together (no crumbly mess). I make it in my bread machine and just scrap down the sides during its initial mix. Easy peasy
