I haven’t received my order!

I placed my usual order online with Pamela’s which used Amazon for delivery. It seems that it was delivered to someone else’s address. Amazon suggests I should contact the sender. I sent out an email to Pamela’s. No one responded. There is no phone number to call. This is so unacceptable! They got my money without delivering the product.
